These terms apply to purchases from ImportVista of digital Excel products, bundles, licenses and customization services. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Digital delivery

ImportVista products are digital unless a product page expressly states otherwise. Standard templates and bundles are delivered electronically after checkout. No physical shipment is provided.

Functionality and compatibility

Product pages describe the intended workflow, included files and main functionality. Microsoft Excel is recommended. Behaviour may differ in Google Sheets, LibreOffice or other spreadsheet applications. Unless expressly stated, templates do not connect automatically to carrier APIs, ERP, TMS, email or external systems.

Licenses

Individual products are for the purchaser's own internal use. Team and Enterprise products are for internal use within the purchasing organization according to the user limits stated on the product page. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, public sharing or publishing of source files is not permitted.

Prices and payment

The amount shown at checkout is the amount payable for the selected product, subject to any valid discount displayed before purchase. Payment is processed through Shopify and its payment providers.

Withdrawal and refunds

See our Refund & Withdrawal Policy. Immediate digital delivery affects a statutory withdrawal right only where the legal conditions for doing so have been met.

Customization

Customization may include fields, statuses, formulas, dashboards, KPIs, additional sheets and branding according to the purchased tier. APIs, ERP/TMS connections and external automations are outside the standard scope unless separately agreed in writing.
