Refund & Withdrawal Policy

ImportVista sells digital Excel templates, digital bundles, licenses and customization services. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under Spanish or EU law.

Digital products

Digital content is supplied electronically. Consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right. Where immediate access or download begins during the withdrawal period, that right is lost only when the legal conditions for immediate performance and loss of withdrawal have been validly met, including prior express consent and acknowledgement where required by law.

If those conditions have not been validly met, any statutory withdrawal right remains unaffected.

Defective, corrupted or inaccessible files

If a purchased file is corrupted, cannot be opened, is materially incomplete or the download link does not work, contact us. We will first restore access, replace the affected file or provide a corrected copy. Statutory rights relating to digital-content conformity remain unaffected.

Duplicate or incorrect charges

If you are charged twice for the same order, or a payment is processed incorrectly, contact us so we can review and correct the transaction.

Customization services

If you ask us to begin a paid service before the end of any applicable withdrawal period, statutory rules may require payment for the part already performed. Where the service has been fully performed after the required prior consent and acknowledgement, the withdrawal right may no longer apply.
